I look for when a Real Estate company advertises that they will hold Open House for several homes they are trying to sell in the same area. Memorial Day weekend the whole community has garage sales and this is a very good time to hold an Open House. Weather is a huge factor. If the weather is good people will be inclined to go to look at Open Houses.
