I think most Realtors are just not there yet when it comes to technology and using the Internet efficiently to sell homes. I practiced real estate law for 20 years, and now I'm a Realtor. A lot of people are going FSBO also because many agents just dump their listings into the MLS and just hope to God they sell. I can't tell you how many clients and others have told me this was their experience. Being an intelligent FSBO is a viable option in my opinion. Nice simple video anyone can do.
