All gave positive comments. They all indicate what is wrong with America (negative attitude). This is why we are trying FSBO. We are not against Realtors - they just don't offer any services we need. Two years ago, we had a Realtor for 3 months that did not show our house once. I talk to all Realtors that contact us (30 by now), show them around and offer them a 3% commission for a buyer. We had a few people but they all saw our signs. All gave positive comments.

We ran an ad in the Real Estate magazine of our local paper ans put signs and balloons and no one showed up. In fact we had open house for the past two weekends and not a soul. No phone calls. It is very discouraging but I will keep trying. Several people have picked up fliers but no calls. Two houses have sold in our subdivision in the past month so I keep hoping someone will call soon.
