Greetings from Costa Rica!

Hola!  I write to you today from the beautiful land of Costa Rica.  I am currently on a week long adventure exploring real estate in Central America in support of FSBO.com´s new launch of International Listings around the world.

Thanks to my new friends at Good Life Properties (www.goodlifetourscr.com) I was able to take an all day tour of the Pacific Coast looking at real estate, local markets, and even a private tour of a new agricultural theme park.  Once I return, I will organize my notes, and give you all a full report of my adventure.  Of the many things I learned, the most important is that you do not need to be a millionaire to own property in Costa Rica.

If you have ever been to Costa Rica, or own property there, please leave a comment on your experience or a link to your local website showcasing your property here.

    Hola,

Please send information when you return. I spent 2 weeks there in 2006 and loved every minute. I would love to retire there in 2011!

hello it is my first reply on this blog and to start with I would like to thank for the useful information, which I were able to find in this and all previous topics , it really helped me a lot. I will definitely iclude this website on my rss reader :) Also, I would like to ask - don’t you mind if I will quate some information from your website since I am writing articles for the Associated Content, Ezine and other articles directories (this is my part time job)? It would really help me with some of mine articles. Of course, I will mention your blog name or URL (not all articles directories allows URL’s , so I can’t 100% promise that you will get a direct backlink to your blog).
