		<description>OK, send me some of those prequalified buyers. I've got 4.5 acres in the city of Murrieta, CA. There is a well, septic, propane tank, and a 1987 3/2 mobil. Gas is also in the street and available. The mobil needs exterior paint, &#38; carpet inside. At that age, it's not worth it to me to fix it up, so I'm discounting the price. Recently appraised at $527,000 let's start at $499,000. Basically you'd be buying a beautiful piece of land to build your new home on, but you could live in the mobil or rent it.</description>

		<description>Are real estate agents licensed to discriminate against your home because you have not listed with them. Is it some sort of sick game they play with there clients by not showing my FSBO home. I did not list with a real estate agent because I knew they were not interested in selling my home nor were they creative enough to photogragh and detail the images as I heve done. Futhermore and probably most importantly is they tell me homes are not selling now as the market is soft. They clearly did not have my best interest in mind and that was selling my home. instead they want me to give it away just so they can make a profit. There were two agents that wanted to show my home but have not even looked at the FSBO listing so they did not even know their way around the house and had no sales pitch whatsoever. FSBO is really the way to go provided you have the time and creative skill to sell it yourself. Yes it may take a little more patience but eventually the right family will fall in love with your home and pay the asking price. I do know that real estate agents do like FSBO because the think they cannot make as much money as when a home is listed with them beesides they have told me so. In fact those agents have not come back to see anicehome@comcast.net.   Thank you.</description>
