Need more exposure for your property? Are you willing to pay a Buyer’s agent a commission? FSBO.com offers Flat Fee MLS Listings which will list your property on your local MLS as well as Realtor.com. And here is the best part - we are running a special for the month of August…
Save $50 off our regular $399.95 price! Click here to list on the MLS for $349
Here is a brief description of the package…
One time set up fee to list your property on your local MLS and Realtor.com for six months with one photo. This gives your property exposure to thousands of local real estate agents and millions of potential buyers. If a broker brings you a buyer and you accept an offer you will need to pay them a commission. All commission is negotiable, but the average is around 2.5-3.5% and will need to be stated up front upon entering the MLS. *After submitting your FSBO.com listing, you will be contacted by a licensed agent to complete the MLS listing process.
This offer is only good on US properties until 8/31/08 and is not valid on prior purchases.

Are real estate agents licensed to discriminate against your home because you have not listed with them. Is it some sort of sick game they play with there clients by not showing my FSBO home. I did not list with a real estate agent because I knew they were not interested in selling my home nor were they creative enough to photogragh and detail the images as I heve done. Futhermore and probably most importantly is they tell me homes are not selling now as the market is soft. They clearly did not have my best interest in mind and that was selling my home. instead they want me to give it away just so they can make a profit. There were two agents that wanted to show my home but have not even looked at the FSBO listing so they did not even know their way around the house and had no sales pitch whatsoever. FSBO is really the way to go provided you have the time and creative skill to sell it yourself. Yes it may take a little more patience but eventually the right family will fall in love with your home and pay the asking price. I do know that real estate agents do like FSBO because the think they cannot make as much money as when a home is listed with them beesides they have told me so. In fact those agents have not come back to see anicehome@comcast.net. Thank you.

You can also look for websites that will list your home for FREE. The main thing is to be proactive in your own For Sale By Owner advertising.

Nice and informative blog you have here. I provide pre-qualified buyers who pay top dollar. You can cash out in weeks.

OK, send me some of those prequalified buyers. I’ve got 4.5 acres in the city of Murrieta, CA. There is a well, septic, propane tank, and a 1987 3/2 mobil. Gas is also in the street and available. The mobil needs exterior paint, & carpet inside. At that age, it’s not worth it to me to fix it up, so I’m discounting the price. Recently appraised at $527,000 let’s start at $499,000. Basically you’d be buying a beautiful piece of land to build your new home on, but you could live in the mobil or rent it.

I listed my FSBO on the MLS for a Flat Fee. The Realty Dot listed my home on the MLS and showcased it on Realtor.com for $199. I signed up on their website http://www.MLSYourWay.com. The service is great, I sold my house in 2 weeks and saved $9000!
