		<description>I've listed my home on FSBO.com - and have spent about 2 1/2 hours gathering email addresses of realtors to let them know I'm happy to work with them if they bring me a buyer.  Living on Cape Cod, FSBO is NOT popular at all but having lived in Florida for many many years - I know it is possible.  The average realtor receives 5% here - split - so I am offering 3%, still saves me 2%...  I listed on Thurday, received 7 emails from realtors expressing interest in showing to their buyers, nearly 200 hits and 2 appointments for showing by Friday night - today, Saturday - I received an offer...  the FSBO sign hasn't even arrived!  Am I signing the offer - hmmm... have some details to work out - and maybe, just maybe - I'll have another offer by tomorrow at this time.</description>
