This crowd is not taking part in the recession and want to sell!! I am blessed in that I am an interior designer and my home is loaded with ammenities and NEAT ideas......There is alot on the market, but there is not alot of "good stuff" to choose from....You MUST set yourself apart in some way.......That gives one the edge!!!
